1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of BelterLivin ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a mobile application that provides virtual live streaming experiences with AI-generated content. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

App Store Compliance: This EULA complies with Apple App Store requirements (Guideline 3.1.2) for auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription terms, cancellation procedures, and refund policies are detailed in Section 6 below.

2. Description of Service

BelterLivin is a mobile application that provides users with a virtual live streaming experience. The App allows you to:

• Create virtual live streams with simulated viewer counts (ranging from 100 to 10 million viewers)
• Generate AI-powered comments, reactions, and interactions
• Customize stream scenarios, viewer counts, and verified badges
• Access premium features through subscription

3. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use BelterLivin. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BelterLivin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent Content: Use the App to mislead others into believing virtual streams are real, actual live streams
• Fraudulent Activities: Use the App for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
• Harassment: Use the App to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person, entity, or brand without authorization
• Commercial Misuse: Use the App to misrepresent business metrics, follower counts, or engagement for commercial gain
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Violate Laws: Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6. Premium Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

6.1 Subscription Plans and Pricing

BelterLivin offers premium auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to additional features, unlimited virtual viewers, and enhanced customization options. Subscription plans are available with different billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annual) as displayed in the App Store.

Current Subscription Options:

• Premium Monthly Subscription
• Premium Quarterly Subscription
• Premium Annual Subscription

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. All prices are in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.

6.2 Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Automatic Renewal: BelterLivin subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

Subscription Period: Each subscription period begins immediately upon purchase and continues for the duration selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual). At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration unless cancelled.

6.3 Subscription Management and Cancellation

How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select "BelterLivin"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation Effect: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. After the current period expires, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to premium features. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.

Turning Off Auto-Renewal: You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple App Store account settings. This will prevent your subscription from renewing after the current period ends, but will not cancel your current subscription or provide a refund.

6.4 Free Trial Period

If BelterLivin offers a free trial period, the following terms apply:

• The free trial period will be clearly indicated at the time of sign-up
• You will not be charged during the free trial period
• At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
• You can cancel during the free trial period without being charged
• Only one free trial per user is permitted

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of the price change
• The price change will apply to your next renewal period
• You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect to avoid being charged the new price
• If you do not cancel, you will be charged the new price at your next renewal

6.6 Refund Policy

Standard Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. Since subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.

Apple Refund Process: To request a refund:

1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Select "BelterLivin" from your purchase history
4. Select "Request a refund" and follow the instructions

Legal Refunds: In jurisdictions where applicable law requires refunds for digital subscriptions, we will comply with such requirements. This may include refunds for:

• Unused portions of subscriptions cancelled within the legally required timeframe
• Subscriptions purchased by minors without parental consent
• Other circumstances as required by applicable consumer protection laws

6.7 Subscription Features and Benefits

Premium subscription provides access to:

• Unlimited virtual viewers (up to 10 million)
• Advanced AI-powered comments and reactions
• HD quality streaming with premium filters
• Customizable stream scenarios and verified badges
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience
• Early access to new features

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes to subscription features.

6.8 Subscription Restrictions

• Subscriptions are personal to you and may not be transferred or shared
• Each subscription is valid for one Apple ID and associated devices
• Family Sharing may be available depending on your subscription plan and Apple's policies
• We reserve the right to limit the number of subscriptions per user or device

6.9 Subscription Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Payment cannot be processed
• We discontinue the subscription service

If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than violation of these Terms, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The BelterLivin App, including its design, graphics, code, algorithms, and all content, is the exclusive property of BelterLivin and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

8. User-Generated Content

If you create, upload, or share any content through the App, you retain ownership of that content. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that any content you create or share:

• Does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We strive to provide continuous access to the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELTERLIVIN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misuse of the App or its features

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any associated data without notice.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to the Apple App Store. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain compatibility with older versions. You are responsible for keeping the App updated to the latest version.

14. Governing Law
